Victoria Lane Apartments

The Victoria Lane Apartments building is the first base-isolated residential development in the Wellington, and the largest in New Zealand. With 24 base isolators separating the superstructure from the ground, the building is designed to withstand a 1-in-1,000-year earthquake. There are 123 apartments between the 4th and 16th floor, with the lower three floors dedicated to commercial office spaces.
